| VCAM-1 is a cell surface sialoglycoprotein expressed by cytokine activated endothelium. The protein has a number of functions including the regulation of leukocyte migration, leukocyteendothelial cell adhesion and signal transduction and may play a role in a number of inflammatory diseases. Recombinant Human VCAM1 also called CD-106 is expressed in E. coli containing 674 （25-698） fused to an amino terminal hexahistidine tag. | |

| Recombinant Human VCAM-1is supplied in 1x Laemmli Buffer （25mM Tris-HCl pH6.8, 50mM DTT, 1%（w/v） SDS, 0.1%（w/v） Bromophenol Blue and 2.5% Glycerol）. | |

| Recombinant VCAM1 can be used directly as a positive control in Western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and other immunological experiments. The biological activity of this product has not yet been tested. | |
