一個偶然的機會，KM Formenbau在展會上看到了m&h在機測量方案的演示，立即決定訂購一臺配有m&h測頭的機器。現在公司的機床測頭已經全部更換為m&h品牌的機床測頭。這對m&h來說是輕而易舉的，他們的測頭可以和其它廠家的紅外接收器無縫兼容。

KM Formenbau工廠安裝了一套m&h在機測量軟件3D Form Control,自安裝以來，該軟件在KM Formenbau工廠運行良好，沒有出現任何問題。一套3D Form Inspect軟件支持了現場的四臺機床，并共享了所有的測量程序。在實際測量開始之前，軟件會根據用戶使用測頭角度的不同，自動生成校驗程序并執行（已獲保護）。當然，用戶也可根據現場情況，直接進行工件測量。通常，測量前實施校驗是必需的，尤其是對于高精度測量來說。此種方法可以有效補償機床熱影響和旋轉軸系統誤差的影響。補償后的測量結果可以和三坐標測量機（CMM）的測量結果保持*。
