德國BURKERT寶德類型 2836 - 直動式二通比例電磁閥工作原理：

直動式比例閥 2836 型是電磁力驅動的控制閥，適用于相對流量較高的應用。閥門是常閉型。

Valve operation A
Valve control takes place through the control
electronics of Type 8605, which converts an
analogue input signal into a PWM2) (pulsewidth
modulation) signal.

比例電磁閥工作原理
它基于電磁開關閥的原理：斷電時，彈簧將鐵心直接壓在閥座上，使閥門關閉。線圈通電時，所產生電磁力克服彈簧力將鐵心提起，從而打開閥門。比例電磁閥對電磁開關閥的結構作了一些改動：在任何線圈電流下，使彈簧力與電磁力之間產生平衡。線圈電流的大小或電磁力的大小將影響柱塞的行程和閥門開度，而閥門開度(流量)與線圈電流(控制信號)之間為理想的線性關系。     直動式比例電磁閥的流向為閥座下。介質從閥座下方流入，其作用力的方向與電磁力相同，而與彈簧力相反。因此，需要設置工作狀態下對應于工作范圍(線圈電流)的大和小流量值。得雷流體的比例電磁閥在斷電時都是關閉的(NC，常閉型)。
