作用機理
OKT3單克隆抗體特異性地與CD3的ε鏈/T淋巴細胞抗原受體復合物發(fā)生反應。CD3的復合物包括 γ、 δ和ε鏈，它是TCR復合物的一部分，由成熟的T淋巴細胞和胸腺細胞譜系表達。CD3通過信號轉導增強抗原識別。而OKT3抗體是一種免疫抑制劑，在肝臟、心臟和腎臟同種異體移植排斥方面，這已被證明是一種有效的治療劑。
Description
The OKT3 monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with the ε chain of the CD3/T lymphocyte antigen receptor complex. The CD3 complex contains γ, δ, and ε chains, and it is part of the TCR complex, expressed by all mature T lymphocytes and by the thymocyte lineage. CD3 enhances the antigen recognition by signal transduction.
The OKT3 antibody is an immunosuppressive, which has proven to be an effective therapeutic agent in liver, heart, and renal allograft rejection.

CD3單克隆抗體（OKT3）/抗人CD3抗體免疫細胞治療介紹：
CD3單克隆抗體（OKT3）/抗人CD3抗體是由肽鏈以非共價鍵組成的復合分子，在成熟T細胞表面表達，對阻斷急性同種異體排斥反應起主要作用。 CD3分子與TCR組成復合受體分子，激活酪氨酸激酶，促使CD3分子免疫受體酪氨酸活化基序中的酪氨酸（Y）磷酸化。磷酸化的酪氨酸（pY）進一步磷酸 化下游含酪氨酸的蛋白，從而引起激酶活化的級聯(lián)反應，調控T細胞增殖和活化的靶基因，引起基因的表達和轉錄，T細胞由靜止狀態(tài)轉為增殖和活化狀態(tài)。
CD3分子具有穩(wěn)定TCR結構和傳遞活化信號的作用。針對CD3分子的單克隆抗體能夠激發(fā)或阻斷T細胞活化信號轉導，清除效應T細胞或誘導調節(jié)T細胞的產(chǎn)生。
