● NUCLEOLAR-ID®綠色檢測試劑（A）和NUCLEOR-ID®紅色檢測試劑（B）的吸收和發(fā)射光譜
● 用NUCLEOLAR-ID®綠色檢測試劑染色的細胞在核仁內顯示出最大的熒光信號，在整個細胞核和細胞質中顯示出微弱的熒光（A）。當用低劑量放線菌素D處理細胞時，觀察到核仁染色丟失（B）。與較弱的細胞質染色相比，使用NUCLEOLAR-ID®紅色檢測試劑進行反染色有助于突出核仁。
● 用TOTAL-NUCLEAR-ID® Green/Red Nucleolar/ Nuclear Detection Kit對U2OS活細胞進行染色，通過熒光顯微鏡觀察細胞核（紅色）和核仁（黃綠色）的染色結果。作為一種RNA染料，NUCLEOLAR-ID®綠色染料也顯示出一些細胞質染色，但NUCLEOR-ID®紅色染料有助于在高亮顯示的紅色細胞核熒光信號范圍內，將核仁明確識別為綠色熒光信號。
