Chromium系統產生的文庫可以在Illumina全系列平臺上完成基因測序。實驗和分析流程可以和Illumina系統無縫銜接。
Linked Reads長讀長(10K-100K)測序可以在全基因組范圍內進行染色體定相(phasing)和結構變異的研究,該技術是發現遺傳疾病中的重要變異和癌癥基因組中關鍵變化的突破性手段。Chromium系統只需要1ng基因組DNA,就可獲得10MB以上的單倍型塊(haplotype blocks),實現對定相突變(phasing mutation)和結構變異的分析。Chromium系統同時提供基于強大算法的分析軟件,可以對插入缺失,拷貝數變化,染色體倒位、易位和重復等多種類型的結構變異進行分析并呈現可視化結果。 Chromium系統還可以提供*的高效單細胞測序完整解決方案。可低成本的實現從細胞懸液到轉錄組測序數據的獲取及解讀。Chromium系統可以在10分鐘內完成48000個細胞的分離和標記,通過Linked Reads技術可以的同時得到每個被測細胞的獨立轉錄組的轉錄組信息。
