蘇木精-伊紅染色法(Hematoxylin-Eosin staining),簡稱HE染色法，切片技術里常用的染色法之一。蘇木精染液為堿性，主要使細胞核內的染色質與胞質內的核糖體著紫藍色；伊紅為酸性染料，主要使細胞質和細胞外基質中的成分著紅色。

染色過程需要優化，著色情況與組織或細胞的種類有關，也隨其生活周期及病理變化而改變。例如，很多細胞在新生時期胞漿對伊紅著色較淡或輕度嗜堿，當其衰老時或發生退行性變則呈現嗜伊紅濃染。膠原纖維在老化和出現透明變性時，伊紅著色由淺變深。
