PI(3)P瓊脂糖珠由瓊脂糖組成，每毫升珠子含有10納摩爾的結合PI(3)P，足夠進行幾次蛋白質結合實驗。每個1毫升的珠子訂單包括少量的對照珠子。也可購買更大量的對照珠子。

①根據需要制備樣品并進行分餾。

②將樣品與脂質球孵育以捕獲新的脂質結合蛋白。

③洗脫蛋白并轉移到SDS-PAGE
