體外：ATP (5 mM；1 小時(shí)) 與 LPS (1 μg/mL) 共同處理對(duì) HGFs 中 NLRP3 炎性體的激活具有協(xié)同作用[3]。 ATP (2 mM；0.5-24 小時(shí)) 以 caspase-1 激活依賴性方式誘導(dǎo) BMDM 分泌 IL-1β、KC 和 MIP-2[4]。 ATP 促進(jìn)中性粒細(xì)胞趨化性體外[4]。 MCE尚未獨(dú)立證實(shí)這些方法的準(zhǔn)確性。僅供參考。

體內(nèi)：ATP (50 mg/kg；ip) 在體內(nèi)保護(hù)小鼠免受細(xì)菌感染[4]。 ATP 在體內(nèi)誘導(dǎo) IL-1β、KC 和 MIP-2 的分泌以及中性粒細(xì)胞募集[4]。 MCE尚未獨(dú)立證實(shí)這些方法的準(zhǔn)確性。僅供參考。
