產品活性：BMS-1 是 PD-1/PD-L1 蛋白質/蛋白質相互作用的抑制劑，IC50 為 6 到 100 nM。

體外：由于 PD-1 通過與其配體 PD-L1 結合介導自然殺傷 (NK) 細胞耗竭，因此使用 BMS-1 (PD-1/PD-L1 抑制劑 1) (1 μM，3 天) 來干擾相互作用介于 PD-1 和 PD-L1 之間。地塞米松誘導的共培養 NK92 細胞 PD-1 表達增加和細胞毒性降低被 BMS-1 逆轉[1]。BMS-1 是 PD-1/PD-L1 的小分子免疫檢查點抑制劑，可作為腫瘤免疫處理的處理策略[2]。 MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準確性。僅供參考。
